Hello. I used to have good stamina to play sports during college. Now i get tired if i sprint for just 10 minutes. I partly blame my job for that. Which makes me sit in from of a computer all day, and i mostly blame myself for being too lazy. Am sure there are others who feel the same way. I am going to start working out, jogging to start with at 5:30 am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Monas, from 9th Jan. Anyone interested to join ?
