Look and see trip Jakarta

Hi,
I am being offered a position in Jakarta and in 2 weeks time I plan to have a look & see trip there. Besides the job topics. I plan to look at serviced appartments (for the start), houses/appartments, schools and potentiall neigbourhoods. Can anybody recommend a relocation agency wich could organize and do these these visits for me in about Protected content ?
Also, any good links on property agents to get an idea about cost of housing (houses/appartments)?
Any sugestions on schools (I have a 14y old boy, German/English speaking).
