Networking in Montego Bay (Jamaica)

I have moved to Mobay and am looking for groups and activities for locals and expats in Mobay. I'm not finding any meetup groups, no local internations group, is there another place to look? I hear the Houseboat and the Yacht Club are the 2 places to meet locals/expats, but in terms of organized events, activities, groups, where are these things advertised?

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
