Gyms in Jeddah

Hi all. i'm a person with a very difficult schedule which leaves me free only on Friday mornings. Can anyone recommend a gym that has a swimming pool, opens friday morning or right after friday prayers, with a reasonably acceptable price. The only one i know that fits my requirements is fitnesstime but I am hoping someone would recommend a better place. Location isn't a problem for me. Only price should be reasonable for someone who will go only once or twice a week.
