Social life at Kabul

Hi,

I arrived recently at Kabul, where I will live for a while. I am working in an international organization so the places where I am allowed to go are very limited. Within this context, it would be great if you could recommend at Kabul:

-Any nice swimming pool (not the one of Serena Hotel)
-Yoga lessons
-French lessons
-Any soccer or volley team where to play once a week just for fun
-Nice shopping locations out of the international compounds
-How to get to know about expats events in general taking place in safe locations
