Relocating to Kinshasa

Hi everyone! I am a doctor who will be relocating to Kinshasa in the second half of March. I will be grateful if anyone could advice on the entry procedures and other nity grities so that I am not scammed. Also where I could meet expats to hang around with and the coolest places in town. I am coming with no sorts of preconceptions whatsoever.
