Beach-getaway close to KL?? (Kuala Lumpur)

Dear KL members
We plan to fly out to KL from Nepal in 3 weeks for a few days beach getaway. I was wondering if anybody could give me a tipp on where to go; it should be possible to reach without catching yet another flight from KL, so a couple of hours land at max and baby/childfriendly. thanks for letting me know if such a "thing" exists at all before we book our flt to KL.
