Live in help (Kuala Lumpur)

Good morning everyone.
We have just relocated from Melbourne to Shah Alam and are looking for some home help. After asking all our neighbours about finding someone, we are back at square one due to dead ends. They gave us plenty of horror stories.
Can someone help me with some reputable businesses you might have dealt with so I can make some further inquires please.
