Private Restaurant in KL for hosting Formal DInner (Kuala Lumpur)

I need to host a formal dinner for 10 people and would like to get suggestions of restaurants which is not a chain or franchise, more of individually owned or private family business around KLCC Area, or somewhere middle of the city accessible for all - preferably with a view. The food has to be good(any cuisine will do) and the ambience perfect for facilitating conversation.
