Removalists - Shipping container - Australia to KL (Kuala Lumpur)

Hi everyone -
We're moving from Sydney to KL at the end of December and my company is paying for the shipping of our stuff. They will pay for a 40 foot shipping container that I assume should be sufficient to accommodate the contents of our 4 bedroom home.
However, I think it is up to us to organise this and was hoping that forum members could pass on some advice or anecdotes about their experience with shipping containers from Oz to Malaysia.
How long does it take to get there?
What was the approximate cost?
Any pitfalls to be aware of?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
