schools and activities for children (Kuala Lumpur)

My husband and I are thinking on moving to Kuala Lumpur maybe within this coming year. We have a 4 year old daughter. Technically here in Egypt where we are live currently, we're going to have to register her the next school year Protected content . But we may move by then.. So... What is the age requirements for joining schools in Malaysia? Also, where can I find out about how to look for English language schools?

Are there any good family destinations, nice parks and activities for children?
