Moving to La Paz with Family

Hello all,
I'm planning to move to La Paz for work (NGO) on April Protected content then my 2 children and wife will join me July of Protected content .
I need some advice of:
how much rent would a three bedroom apartment and which are some safe neighborhoods.
Also how much does the american school cost per month for a 1st grader and a 6th grader.

I need this information as I am negotiating the salary with my company.
