Shoe & Clothing Shopping, etc. (La Paz)

Hello everyone! I'll be new to Bolivia as of July, Protected content . I'm moving to Cochabamba and am looking for someone who has local knowledge.

For now, I am trying to plan my packing/moving logistics. I am wondering if in Bolivia--like many other South American countries--it may be difficult to find a wide range of shoe and clothing sizes. I am 6'3" and wear shoe size 13 US. I know these sizes are hard to find outside of the U.S. Are there places in Cochabamba / Bolivia in general where I may find larger sizes? What about cost and quality?

Any insight out there?

Also, I may have other questions regarding living in Cochabamba / Bolivia and would love to connect with someone who has knowledge of resources, culture, transportation, economy, etc.
