Gluten free and other things in Lima - Help :-)

Hi all.
I have now arrived in Lima and discovered I cannot find any gluten free products. Does anyone know where I can buy ? Are there any health food shops that carry these or other good products ?

Oddly enough I found all sorts of bread including bread with the crusts cut off, and bread sliced length ways, and all the usual grain types. But not gluten free. Also I had problems finding lactase milk that was low fat... and of course, decent coffee. Id kill for a coffee plunger and some good coffee grounds, or even some decent instant (I know that sounds like an oxymoron).

My other problem is Internet. does anyone know where I can find a decent public wifi in a cafe or restaurant that has speeds good enough to grab a few tv shows ? Or I will be your best friend if you let me come use your internet to grab a few tv shows :-)
