The Company (Confidential):
Global textile material sciences manufacturer, headquartered in Europe with global industrial facilities in Europe, Asia and LATAM. The company is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer based in Dhaka, to head their Finance & Accounting functions in Bangladesh.
The Misson:
The mission is to ensure the local financial performance, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, company audits, compliance, accounting, bank relationships, and collaboration with the Group CFO and Group Executive Team in the definition the financial strategy and operations action plans in Bangladesh. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management with previous experience in South Asia.
Required academic background and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA or CFA designation preferred,
Entrepreneurial mindset,
Extensive experience as CFO or in senior financial management role within industrial manufacturing either in Bangladesh or South Asia,
Ideally with previous experience in manufacturing financial advisory services or financial management consulting.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, and capital markets,
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Native or bilingual English level.
