Visiting/Considering living part-time in Lisbon

Hi, I currently live in San Francisco and I am considering spending/living part of the year in Lisbon. I will be in Lisbon Dec 5 to Dec 21, Protected content check it out and get a feel for the city. Please send me a direct message. I am happy to help /reciprocate.

--I am interested in meeting with people to get a feel for what its like to live in Lisbon - it looks like a wonderful city!
--I would like to learn (for future/not in Dec) about consulting in sales, marketing and customer success with tech companies, accelerators/bootcamps, and universities. I am open to other non-tech oriented jobs, like working in a wine bar :).
--I am looking for a place to stay from Dec 5 to Dec 21. Any recommended neighborhoods?

During my Dec visit, I just want to get to know people and have a good time.

--I am American, but I have lived all over the US, London and Greece and spent months in Barcelona, and Quito, Ecuador and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I have traveled all over - Cuba, South America, SE Asia, all over Eastern and Western Europe etc...
