I forgot my username

The email address that you used for signing up to InterNations serves as your username when you log in. In case you have forgotten which email address you used, please request support using the button below. Make sure to let us know your first and last name, or the name you used to create your InterNations account in case it has changed.


I forgot my password

You can request a new password using the button below. Simply enter the email address you use for your InterNations login and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.


My account is not activated

If your InterNations account has not been activated yet, you still need to confirm your email address.

You should receive an email from us within 24 hours of your membership application where we ask you to confirm your email address. To activate your InterNations account, please click on the confirmation link in this email.

If you have not received this email, see if you can find it in your email account’s spam folder. Failing that, please request another confirmation email using the button below. Should you still experience problems, please contact our Community Support Team.
