London Relocation Services - Need Opinion

Hi, a friend has setup a relocation & school finding service for French speakers and would like to expand her customer base to English speakers. I would like to find out whether any of you have used a relocation service when moving to London, how you found the experience, and how you came across the company? Your comments are much appreciated. We focus our searches on families moving to london and looking for right areas to live for their families.
