Our client is in the process of developing their site and expanding services to cover male and female adult services and adolescent services, and need motivated and experienced nurses to join our growing team.

They are seeking to appoint highly motivated individuals who are committed to multidisciplinary working and who wish to expand their clinical and managerial skills.

Your hours will be predominantly dayshifts working 5 day weeks, Monday to Friday, approximately 8am to 4pm. You will however be expected to rotate onto nights to cover a nightshift role, working 12 hour 8pm to 8.15am shifts (7 in 14 days) as required by the senior management team.

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility of the ward and its various day to day functions.

Applicants should be Registered Nurses with a sound understanding of current mental health issues and a minimum of three years post qualifying experience. Possession of a mentor/teaching/assessing qualification or the willingness to undertake training in this would be an advantage as would experience in cognitive/psychodynamic interventions.
