Autorizacion de Regreso (how many time you can use (Madrid)

Hi,

I thought I would give this question a shot here as I think many probably had gone thru similar experience. My residence NIE card has expired (I have applied for renewal, whose decision I´m waiting for) and I need to go on a business trip to North Africa ASAP, and I have therefore obtained an "autorizacion de regreso", which is valid for 3 months.

My question is, since I need to go back to Madrid to spend the Xmas holidays here and go back again to North Africa after new year, do I need to get another autorizacion de regreso then? Or can I use the same oneI have now which is valid until Feb Protected content ?

Please advise if you have had similar experience.
