Learn haute cuisine techniques to give your dishes a more creative and spectacular touch. Taught by Chef Juan Carlos Agudo, head chef of Gran Hotel Velazquez in Madrid.
During the workshop you will learn how to make the following dishes:
-ARROZ NEGRO DE SEPIA Y GAMBAS CON ALI OLI DE MANZANA
-PAELLA VALENCIANA TRADICIONAL (CONEJO , POLLO Y VERDURAS)
After each dish is prepared you will taste it combined with a selection of fine wines.
