Decent Estate Agent for Apartment Rental (Madrid)

A work colleague is looking for a decent estate agent that can help with both finding a decent apartment in the city for one person on a yearly basis, as well as liaising with our firm’s HR to sign off the paperwork, formalities and logistics in payment.
