Small spanish company in Madrid city center is looking for a Personal assistant/Secretary to assist a team of 3 persons.
He/she PA will provide administrative support to the team and help them by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
The key tasks and responsibilities of the individual are as follows:
Screening telephone calls and handling them when appropriate;
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Organising meetings, and ensuring the team is well-prepared for meetings;
Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow;
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Requirements for the Role:
Previous secretarial experience of at least two years
Good team player but can equally work on own initiative.
Must be fluent in Spanish with good communication skills in english (at least First Certificate level).

Salary: 18.000 euros per year.
