Salary range in Madrid

Hi all. I am very new to this forum. I joined this group since I got a job offer in Madrid and I need your help and guidance.

I am an engineering professional and over 13 yrs experience in Mechanical engineering. I am currently evaluating an offer in hand. Therefore I seek your advice for the evaluation.

I have offered an of all inclusive salary Protected content per year + visa+ flight+ insurance+ local company transportation. The offer is low what currently I am getting in Singapore which is around Protected content per year.
I visited Spain in Protected content I loved the cities like Madrid, Seville, Barcelona, Toledo which I visited ans stayed for a month long. This is the main reason that I am still thinking of this lower salary offer for evaluation.
