Hotel (appartment) selection? (Manama)

Hello,

I will be staying in Bahrain for the next 3 months for work and I have been offered to stay at one of the following hotel apartments:
- Elite Seef Residence
- Elite Grande
- Elite Tower

Has anyone stayed there or has some experience from them that he/she can share with me?

From looking around on the internet I think that Elite Grande is the best option (distance is not an issue as i will have a car) but I will be happy to hear your opinions.

The most important criteria I am looking for are:
- cleanliness
- internet connection
- bar/restaurant facilities
- gym/pool facilities
