Visa Question (Manama)

Hallo members of Internations,

I have an issue and would like to know if anyone had this or know anything.
I'm in Bahrain for a year already and during past month I changed my employer. My new company applied twice for the local transfer for me to move my visa. But it was rejected twice (!). The information that finisher gave is that for certain nationalities (Ukrainians in particular) there restrictions for work in Bahrain, like you come here to work for only one employer and as soon as contract is finished you have to live the country and you can't get another work visa.

I know it sounds like nonsence. But this is the information I got from my new employer/finisher that was working on my visa.

Did anyone heard anything about this? Or maybe there are Ukrainians (or you know them) that were changing employer in Bahrain? Would be thankful for any advice or information sharing.
