5/6k Run in Ancoats (City Centre) (Manchester)

Hi All

I am part of a running group that meets regularly to run. Any level welcome so long as you're not super fast and competitive :) We will be Running on Saturday

Meet at 9:30 at Ancoats Coffee Co. Unit 9, Royal Mills, 17 Redhill St, M4 5BA, Ancoats - Nice and easy Protected content run along the Ashton canal, left onto Alan Turing Way at the Etihad Campus and back down the other canal back onto Great Ancoats street. Start and finish at Ancoats Coffee Co. Probably have a quick coffee there. The pace will be a gentle 5 to 6 minutes per km so the whole thing should take roughly 30 to 40 minutes. Meet at 9:30 am finish before 10:30 am
