Accomodation in Puerto Princesa...any good tip?? (Manila)

I'm going to stay in Puerto Princesa for Protected content with a friend, anyone can recommend a good place where stay? Any specific advice or recommendation to enjoy our stay in Puerto Princesa are very welcome! :)

Also, where would you recommendo to go after Puerto Princesa?
We have 3 weeks in total, and we are planning our "targets" :)) so please feel free to shoot your ideas :)
