bonifacio global local buses (Manila)

Hi, I am in an electric wheelchair and take the bus and train here in Florida I wanted to know does the BGC bus or the regular Philippines bus have a wheelchair accessible ramp? Can someone please tell me as I thinking about moving to either makati city or BGC as they seem to have cut down side walks that enable me to go to the malls parks an restaurants. I also wanted to know is there a safe area with nice condos near the mall of Asia on manilla bay because I am also considering some where on manila bay my apt requirements will be 2 or 3 bed rooms 5 minutes walk to mall an restaurants with a budget of Protected content to Protected content month.
