Holiday tipping (Manila)

It's a bit premature but I like to plan ahead so for all of us who will spend our first holiday season here, can someone give some guidelines for tipping: condo employees x office staff, concierge area, security, and building party; employees who give manicure, massage and hair care who take care of me on a steady basis; I was told that maids get one months salary, is this true?
Anything else you can suggest would be appreciated.
