Hotel, condo or? (Manila)

We are coming to Manila for 2 months. We don't really know which is better. The budget is around $2.500/month. That will buy us a 1 bedroom hotel room at a 4 star hotel.

The good thing is that there is no risk of crazy electrcity bills, or other crazy claims.

But I am wondering if there would be other options that also have similar low risk, and daily cleaning?
