Requirements:
❍ Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
❍ Fluent in both Italian and English
❍ At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
❍ Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
❍ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
❍ Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City

Responsibilities:
❍ Responsible for providing technical support in developing applications
❍ Escalate developer concerns to the next level
❍ Troubleshoot technical inquiries
❍ Explaining the procedure on how the applications were developed
