Job is offered...? (Manila)

Hi,

I am Indonesian and got a call few days ago regarding a job in Makati. After the interviews, they told me that I am accepted in the company. I am excited about it but at the same time also have to be very careful with this. There are few thing I would like to ask to you ;

1. I got job offered from Bayview Technologies, Inc.Have any of you heard about this company? If so, what have you heard about this company?

2. The company said that I should come there first with tourist visa and once I am there, they will take care of the working visa. Is it how normally they do it there?

3. Last but not least is, how much is the normal salary for a fresh graduates there?
