Out of town trip- up north - Ilocos Region (Manila)

Hey everyone! me and a couple of friends, some from IN, are planning a trip up north. We are opening the opportunity to those who might want to go with us and do a little sight-seeing. The trip will be to Ilocos - Norte e.g. Laoag, Pagudpud and Ilocos Sur e.g. Vigan (final IT to be posted but for sure, we would try to fit in as much places to see and try to make it as fun and interesting as possible... including surfing down sand dunes and alike). These areas are considered World Heritage Sites and we would even try to fit in a beach in the process.

We wanted to get numbers of those interested and would be serious to go so we would know whether this would be a "commute" trip or if we would need to hire a private vehicle or something. The only catch is that this would be from November Protected content 1. We would be leaving on the evening of 28th (Wednesday) and be back by the morning of the 1st (which is a Sunday). November 30 is a holiday in the Philippines so if people would go - they would need to go on Vacation Leave only on the 29th. The trip to Ilocos is about Protected content depending on which would be our first stop.

We are also targeting that this be a "budget" trip more or less US$ Protected content , so the more people going the less expensive its going to be.
