Work in Makati - best place to live with family? (Manila)

Hi, I have been offered an expat position in Makati. I have only been to Manila once for other working purposes but liked it there.

If I accept the job offer I will soon go on a pre-assignment visit to find a place to live and other things. I am bringing my family with two kids aged 3mths and 2,5 years. I have a housing budget up to 225.000PHP a month excl util.

Considering the heavy traffic I would like to live close to the office and preferably in a house in an expat friendly neighborhood.

Where should I look?
