5.Nov. Protected content Young Women in Leadership (MYWIL) is a 4 month Program aimed to develop personal skills and leadership capabilities in emerging business women in order to play increasingly important leadership roles in the economic and financial sectors of Mozambican society.
The first group of 12 women was chosen among the leading financial institutions and businesses in the country (banks, oil&gas, engineering, law firms, etc.). They will have access to training and orientation with 10 most influential business women in Mozambique who will act as mentors .
MYWIL is implemented by New Faces, New Voices, in partnership with the Pacific Institute and funded by the Canadian government.
Luísa Diogo, former Prime Minister of Mozambique, is the patron of MYWIL.
