Swaziland's visa advice needed (Maputo)

Dear memebers,

I need some advice from you. My parents are coming to visit us in december and we are planning to go to swaziland for three days.
They are colombians and have colombian passeports. There is not swazi diplomatic representation in Colombia or neighbor countries.
I'm trying to contact Swazi High Commision in Maputo to know if they can apply here but this isn't working well.
Does anyone have a reliable e-mail, phone number or know someone from the Swazi High Commision that can help?
