I can't apply for Tax File Number - Help pls! (Melbourne)

Hi all,

I moved to Melbourne two weeks ago, and I have student visa thaks to my husband who is doing masters degree at La Trobe University. I have no work restrictions. I went to post office in order to apply for Tax File Number today. Officer wanted me to show at least 3 documents so as to prove my identitiy.
I was able to give just 2 documents. (Passport and bank statement)
She wanted me to add one document more such as,

Australian full birth certificate
Australian Passport
Australian citizenship certificate
Medicare card
Australian firearm licence
Student ID card
Australian driver's licence
Australian learner's permit
State of territory gov. issued proof of age card
State of territory gov. issued photo card

I dont have perminent residency, so I cant present one these documents.

What do I have to do?
