Clean & hygienic dentist? (Mexico City)

Can anyone recommend a dentist who is good… and who also follows "universal precautions" in terms of their equipment surfaces to avoid cross-infection… like for example they cover their drill/lamp/tools with disposable plastic like they do in some other countries or at least disinfect them between patients?

The southern half of the city is preferable.
English isn't necessary.
