Students- flat or room for rent (Mexico City)

two friends from Germany and Colombia (Kathrin and Ingrid) just arrived to Mexico City, they are going to be here for 2 years and are looking for a flat or rooms. Would anyone of you have any info about this? Suitable locations woud be, if possible, coyoacan, insurgentes, like a little bit ot the south!
