Coming to Miami end of September

Hi everyone, I am coming to Miami at the end Sept. for work and haven't been there before and I am curious of some things to do. I will be staying at the Miami Intercontinental Hotel. If there is an InterNations Event going on I would love to join, depending if my schedule allow. Could anyone recommend a restaurant or good wine bar to go to while I am there?
