EAP Roundtable: Providing the "Right" Employee Assistance - Sharing Experiences and Resources for Global Professionals

Employees in all organizations often encounter personal and professional challenges at one point or another in their career. As HR professionals, we are often searching for the right resources to provide for our employees at the right time to help them through these challenges. In addition, when employees and/or their families embark on relocating to a new location domestically or in crossing global borders, the challenges for these individuals may require a different level of assistance or coaching.

During our June roundtable program we will explore some of these common concerns and experiences by employees and their family members going through various transitions, the potential impact such transitions may have on mental health and workplace productivity, and additional options or resources available for support. The topic will be addressed from various perspectives, including that of an Employee Assistance Program provider. Join us to share your experiences and bring your questions as we all discuss how to support our employees with great Employee Assistance Programs.
