Learn about the traditions and history of Mardi Gras in New Orleans, and even make your own Mardi Gras mask!

Guest chef and Alliance Française member, Martin Ruben will prepare a southern style dinner. For $7 you can purchase a dinner plate of chicken and sausage gumbo with rice, cucumber and tomato salad, and cornbread. New Orleans style king's cakes will also be served for an additional $3.
