Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) (Minneapolis)


As this has been a difficult winter for Minnesotans; it has been an especially difficult winter for those of us that are not from here. You may or may not know but often times we suffer from SAD and there are some great things we can do to minimize the effects of the lack of sunshine and cold weather.
