Americans moving to Uruguay in June (Montevideo)

My family and I, Ryan 37, Marvina 38, Jaidyn 4, and Sofia 1 would love to move to Uruguay and learn and embrace the culture. My husband is a high school teacher and I own a small catering company( Protected content ), but would love to open a pub or coffee bar and bed and breakfast in Uruguay. I also work in Sales for SAP. We are looking for help/advice on finding a place to settle and raise a family. Eventually we would like to open an orphanage there. Please contact me at Protected content . What city is better Salto or Montevideo? I need high speed internet that is reliable to continue to run my business. How do we ship our stuff? What is the most economical way to get there?
