Marrying mu Uruguan finace ... (Montevideo)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you could suggest anyone to ask for about advice concerning marriage to my Uruguayan fiancé? We are going to get married in Chile and are looking to head back to the UK as a family soon afterwards. I understand that there re a number of different perquisites to fulfil to be able to do this and was wondering if there was someone that has gone through a similar process that my be able to give us some advice. I ideally would like to travel back with her rather than leave for an extended period of time to find employment and a place. Would it be worth heading over to the UK together on a visitor visa and begin the process in London?
