bank to open an account (Montpellier)

Hi all, any suggestions on a bank to open an account? I have started working in France and I need one, but I haven t found an appartment yet, hence I have no bills or apartment contract. I also do not speak french, so I need a bank with english speaking employees...
I know it is all too much to ask but any suggestions would be appreciated.
