Looking for new apartment and dentist (Montpellier)

Hi,
Can anyone please provide me with the contact information for an English speaking Agent immobilier who can use the criteria I provide to find me a new apartment in the city?

I am also in the market for an English speaking dentist. I've already exhausted the list of dentists on the Long Duck Ladies' list; not a one of them so far has spoken more than a few words of English. If anyone knows of one in the downtown area, I'd much appreciate that.
