Apartments, Cars and other Info (Nairobi)

Dear Friends,

This is Val, I am moving to Nairobi in Mid March. I have taken up a full time job so will be here for a long term. I have no clue about the city, although its reassuring to see so many diverse folks in Internations. I would be grateful if you can pass on any info on where to find 2 bedroom apartments in either Parklands or Westlands. My office is in Parklands in Kalson Towers, so I prefer nearby. I also woud llike to know if there are any websites that advertise used cars? Any other tips and suggestions before I move to Kenya would be helpful.
