Cost of Living Nairobi

Hi All,
I'm relocating to Nairobi. I work as an accountant in the Upstream Oil & Gas Business.
Can anyone give me an idea of what the normal Per Diem is here to offset the Cost of living, which I assume is high.
I've just left Lagos where the CoL is very high.
